- Take the road to Keramoti (12min)
- In Keramoti take the ferry to Limenas Thassos (35min)
- In Limenas take the eastbound (55min) or the westbound (45min) road to Potos at the south of the island
- In Potos turn north towards Theologos
- After 900m make a left at the 3rd road
- Magnolia Villas awaits you at the end of the road

- In Egnatia head East towards Kavala
